Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free Trial

  • DealFlow offers a free trial period (length specified during signup)
  • You can cancel anytime during the trial without being charged
  • If you don't cancel before the trial ends, you'll be charged the subscription fee
  • Only one free trial per user/business

2. Subscription Cancellation

2.1 How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

  • Log in to your DealFlow account
  • Go to Settings → Subscription
  • Click "Cancel Subscription"
  • Confirm cancellation

2.2 When Cancellation Takes Effect

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
  • You retain full access until the paid period expires
  • Your account will not be charged again after cancellation
  • No partial refunds for the remaining days in the billing period

2.3 After Cancellation

  • You have 30 days to export your data after cancellation
  • Your data may be deleted after 30 days
  • You can reactivate your subscription anytime (subject to current pricing)
  • Reactivation does not restore deleted data

3. Refund Policy

3.1 General Policy

All subscription fees are non-refundable except as described below or required by law.

3.2 Exceptions (Refund Eligible)

We may provide a refund in the following cases:

  • Billing Error: If you were charged incorrectly due to our error
  • Service Outage: Extended downtime preventing service use (discretionary)
  • Duplicate Charges: If you were charged twice for the same period
  • Cancellation Error: If you properly canceled but were still charged
  • First Month: Within 7 days of first payment (one-time courtesy)

3.3 Not Eligible for Refund

  • Change of mind after trial period
  • Partial month usage
  • Failure to cancel before billing
  • Loss of data due to user error
  • Incompatibility with third-party services
  • Dissatisfaction with features (use free trial to evaluate)

3.4 Annual Subscriptions

  • Annual plans are paid in advance for 12 months
  • No partial refunds if you cancel mid-year
  • Service access continues until the end of the paid year
  • 7-day refund window from initial purchase only

4. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you're eligible for a refund:

  1. Email support@dealflow.properties
  2. Include your account email and reason for refund request
  3. Provide any relevant documentation (e.g., screenshots of errors)
  4. We will respond within 48 hours
  5. If approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method

5. Failed Payments

  • If payment fails, we'll retry charging your card
  • You'll receive email notifications about failed payments
  • After 3 failed attempts, your account may be suspended
  • Update your payment method in account settings
  • No refunds for service interruption due to failed payments

6. Account Termination by DealFlow

If we terminate your account for violating our Terms of Service:

  • No refund for remaining subscription period
  • Immediate loss of access
  • Limited time to export data (at our discretion)
  • Future access may be denied

7. Price Changes

  • We may change subscription prices with 30 days notice
  • Price changes affect renewals only, not current billing period
  • You can cancel before renewal to avoid price increase
  • Annual subscribers locked in for their paid year

8. Mobile App Subscriptions

8.1 Apple App Store

If you subscribed through the iOS app:

  • Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID
  • Cancel in iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
  • Refund requests must go through Apple, not DealFlow
  • Apple's refund policy applies

8.2 Google Play Store

If you subscribed through the Android app:

  • Subscriptions are managed through your Google Account
  • Cancel in Google Play → Subscriptions
  • Refund requests may go through Google
  • Google's refund policy applies for Play Store purchases
